Suspicious Activity Report

Just moments ago (10:00 AM on Thursday, March 18, 2010) motorists passing Price Cutter at 1109 N. Thompson Street in Springdale reportedly spotted Jim Phillips (Springdale Liquor Association Cartel) and Arkansas State Representative Jon Woods in the parking lot, cars facing each other in what appeared to be a suspicious exchange.

Exactly what the two were exchanging in such an inconspicuous manner is unclear at this time.

  1. Rumor I heard is that Rep. Woods is trying to get support for Mayor Steve Womack's fundraiser planned for April 15th at Springdale Country Club..... Rep.Woods is one of Womack's biggest supporters from what my sources tell me.......I've seen Woods up and down College all morning. I believe he meet with a group at the Pontiac Coffee house just around 10:00am to discuss Womack's Fundraiser. More than likely Phillips felt uncomfortable being around some of those at the coffee shop and prob preferred to meet earlier somewhere else. Supposedly most of the Springdale who's who are behind Mayor Womack for Boozman's seat. I heard the fundraiser is going to be huge.... I'm also relieved to know that Woods supported MaCadoodles from what I hear...

  4. Congratulations Macadoodles, welcome to Springdale! I hope Phillips' greed and underhanded maneuvers get him where it counts - at the register.
